Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a form of embodiment of the Healthy paradigm in a health-oriented culture of life for individuals, families and communities, aimed at improving, maintaining and protecting physical, mental, spiritual and social health. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the Adiwiyata coordinator at Darus Sholah Elementary School, the school received an award for being a district level Adiwiyata school and has many GPBLHS activity programs (Environmental Care and Culture Movement in Schools) and many clean and healthy living behavior activities as well. applied therein. The aim of this research is: 1) To describe the planning of the Adiwiyata School in establishing clean and healthy living behavior at SD Darus Sholah Jember. 2) To describe the organization of the Adiwiyata School in forming clean and healthy living behavior at SD Darus Sholah Jember. 3) To describe the implementation of the Adiwiyata School in forming clean and healthy living behavior at Darus Sholah Elementary School, Jember. 4) To describe the supervision of the Adiwiyata school in forming clean and healthy living behavior at Darus Sholah Elementary School, Jember. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. with data analysis techniques using qualitative descriptive with Miles Huberman's interactive model. The results of this research: 1) Planning Adiwiyata school planning in establishing clean and healthy living behavior starts from outreach meetings to committees, teachers, staff and several related parties. Pre-workshop planning through coaching meetings with the environmental service and SMPN 1 Sumber Baru. 2) The organization carried out to form clean and healthy living behavior starts with the formation of an adiwiyata coordinator and team at the school, a work meeting which discusses what programs will be carried out to create an adiwiyata school 3) implementation of work programs according to the respective Working Groups which have been discussed through joint working meeting with all teachers at the madrasah 4) Supervision or monitoring regarding the implementation that has been carried out whether it is going according to plan or not, this supervision is carried out while the activity is in progress by the supervisor, principal, adiwiyata coordinator and the adiwiyata team
